AZITA MOSBAT
Ms. Mosbat’s practice has been exclusively devoted to family law since 1998. She represents clients in all aspects of cohabitation agreements, pre-marital agreements, post-nuptial agreements, paternity actions and dissolution of marriages. Ms. Mosbat has significant experience with high conflict custody disputes, including cases involving substance abuse, parents with personality disorders, and relocation of minor children. Ms. Mosbat has been appointed by the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles, as minors’ counsel to represent children in high conflict custody proceedings. With respect to resolution of financial issues, she works closely with high net worth clients and their estate planning attorneys, wealth management advisors and forensic accountants. Ms. Mosbat has been selected to SuperLawyers Rising Stars for four years. In addition to litigation, Ms. Mosbat has many years of experience serving as a Mediator and Consulting Attorney to couples in marital dissolution proceedings.
