Nicole M. Vafeades – Associate
Ms. Vafeades has been practicing family law exclusively since 2006, and regularly handles all aspects of family law cases from start to finish, beginning with the initial client meeting where the goals of the client’s case are defined and a case strategy is formulated, and continuing through the discovery process to prepare for mediation or litigation. Clients value her empathetic listening skills, calm demeanor, and active pursuit of practical solutions to family law conflicts. Ms. Vafeades has significant litigation experience involving a variety of practice areas including dissolution of marriage and paternity actions, child custody and support, spousal support, property valuation, division of property, and domestic violence restraining orders. In her decade of experience, she has received significant recognition, having been named as a Preeminent Lawyer in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
