Mane Khatcharyan – Associate

Mane Khachatryan handles a broad range of family law matters including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child custody and support, 3130 orders, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence restraining orders.

Experience:
Ms. Khachatryan has dedicated her career to providing effective legal representation and civil service. Prior to becoming an associate, Ms. Khachatryan served as a judicial extern for the renowned Honorable Judge Amy Pellman in California State Court. While in law school, Ms. Khachatryan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Zurzolo at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District. She also served as an extern at the United States Attorney’s Office Central District dealing with a broad range of federal criminal matters. Her externships afford her a unique insight on how to argue matters persuasively to the court.

While in law school, Ms. Khachatryan served as the Co-President of the Armenian Law Students’ Association.

Involvement & Outreach:
Volunteered with Justice Corps providing assistance for self-represented litigants in family law and housing law matters.
Volunteered at Homeless Citation Legal Clinic.
Ms. Khachatryan currently sits on the Board of Directors for the YWCA and is one of the few directors to join prior to age 30. Ms. Khachatryan frequently speaks at YWCA legal seminars providing insight on domestic violence restraining orders and custody cases.
